Laureen is a proven people manager with extensive experience covering performance management, communication, personal skills development and professional training. Her experience has been gained in the IT, Automotive, Insurance, Financial Services and Healthcare sectors including working for FTSE Top 100 companies – Ford Motor Company and IBM.

Her wide business experience gained in Human Resources, Finance, and Services includes restructuring, organisational design, change management, redundancy, employment law, TUPE, recruitment and project management; which combined with strong people and facilitation skills delivers strong results particularly in changing environments. Her highly developed coaching and career counselling skills focus on maximising potential and delivering measurable business value add.

She is a graduate with a BSc Honours degree from Leicester University and has a post - graduate (PGCE) teaching qualification from the University of Cambridge, Homerton. She holds a Diploma in Life Coaching from Newcastle College, and holds a rare combination of professional qualifications: a Chartered Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) as well as being a qualified Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA).
